Order Processing: All orders placed on the Clawlet website are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframe: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days for most locations within India.

  • Total Delivery Time: Please allow a total of 4-7 business days from the date of your order for your items to arrive (1-2 days processing + 3-5 days shipping).

Shipping Charges: Free delivery

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track the status of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

  • Accurate Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including Pin-code, landmark, and contact number, to avoid any delays or failed deliveries. Clawlet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Recipient Availability: Our delivery partners will attempt delivery to your provided address. If you are unavailable, they may leave a delivery notification or attempt re-delivery.

  • Multiple Shipments: In some cases, if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
